If I could give a negative star review, I would. They charged us over $1,000 to install our ceiling fan. They wanted us to spend a weekend with no electricity in our bathrooms. This was in the summer of 2023 or 2024, and it was hot in the attic and the two men that were here said it was too hot to do the work. They finally had to get three men to do the work and said they would be fair with the billing. The bill was over $1,000 and I hung the ceiling fan myself. They were to install the fan bracket and make sure the wiring was correct. We live in a Thompson home that was built in the 80's and does not have knob and tube wiring. The owner had to come, and him and another man were in the attic while another young man was in the kitchen. When the first man arrived, I was asked to sign a document that just gave them permission to do the work and when I asked for a copy of that document to be sent to me, they never sent it. I was not quoted any price before the work started, or we would have sent them away! DO NOT USE!

It's comforting to know that when you call Lark Electric, there will be someone to answer all of your questions and address your concerns. I was respected and treated as a valued customer and given the utmost appreciation for contacting them for their services, especially when you're not local! I was given a date and time that was extremely reasonable for the appointment. I was notified that a technician was en route to my location prior to my appointment which helped me keep track of time. Mr. Connor was delightful! He was respectful, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his inspection. He explained what was going on and how things worked as well as various ways to cope and handle such situations. I was very impressed and will be using Lark Electric for all of my future needs! Most pleased with Lark’s service. Very responsive and prompt when asked to do estimate and again when returning for the job. Had them add an outlet to the back of the house but main objective was fastening the electric line metal conduit back onto the house after the original old anchors had failed. Electricians involved were personable, knowledgeable and professional. Am very impressed with quality of work. Will use again and recommend.
