Misty initially helped us purchase our first home in 2017, and just helped us purchase our second and is helping us sell the first. She is honestly the best in the business. This review is mostly from a buyer's perspective as we are still in the selling process, but she's proving her expertise just as well on the selling side. While house shopping she helped guide us every step of the way, answering every single question we had, responding to questions at pretty much any day and time, and bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule to view homes and make offers. She started by explaining the home buying process, discussing rough pricing and timelines, and walked us through as we started viewing houses and eventually making offers. She has recommendations for cleaners, movers, contractors, structural engineers, loan officers, and frankly every single recommendation she had was phenomenal. While viewing houses, her eye for potential problems and unique features is unparalleled. She seems to know as much about house construction as most contractors, and does a great job of explaining this to the buyers while visiting the house.
