This company is very disorganized and does not ship out bundled products together. I ordered an electric guitar bundle for Christmas and I received the guitar part but the rest of the bundle, to include an ample, picks, strap znd case are lost in oblivion and they can't seem to track it down. I have contacted them and asked them to resip the rest of the bundle 2 day fedex so we'll see if they comply. I had the same issue two years ago. I should have paid more attention to the vendor before I placed the order with Amazon. Amazon also seems to be the issue. Things take way too long. Their two day prime delivery has been sucking.
This place is a hidden gem! The customer service is impeccable, starting with Mike, who manages all the internet sales. They are a HUGE Warehouse that offer so many different products to buy at unbeatable prices, and only recently started selling to the public. I made several purchases for my medical clinic, and will be back for more. Everything is brand new and comes boxed up. So happy I found this place...you won’t be disappointed!
Worst company to deal with. I purchased 2 sets of 6 hyacinth baskets for $161. They created a label for them through fedex but never shipped the baskets. Wouldn’t even give me a refund until 8 days after not receiving them & multiple emails & reviews. Don’t trust them. Scammers
