Das Sushi ist mit Abstand das beste in Wels und Umgebung – frisch, kreativ und einfach ein Genuss. Die Küche ist authentisch, man schmeckt sofort, dass hier echte japanische Kochkunst am Werk ist. Das Personal? Mehr als nur freundlich – zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch die Aufmachung des Restaurants überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: stilvoll, gemütlich, mit Liebe zum Detail – hier isst wirklich auch das Auge mit. Das Sushi ist einfach top: super frisch, geschmacklich immer auf den Punkt und richtig schön angerichtet. Man merkt bei jedem Bissen, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Egal ob klassische Maki, kreative Rolls oder warme Gerichte – alles, was wir bisher probiert haben, war richtig gut! Was Miyako aber wirklich besonders macht, ist der Service. Man wird jedes Mal so herzlich begrüßt, als wäre man schon ewig Stammgast. Das ganze Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Leere Gläser bleiben nicht lange leer, Sonderwünsche werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt und man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl. Für uns ist Miyako nicht nur das beste Sushi in Wels, sondern auch ein Ort, an dem man sich immer gern wieder hinsetzt – egal ob zu zweit für einen gemütlichen Abend oder mit Freunden zum gemeinsamen Genießen. Der Ramen war unglaublich lecker, eine richtig gute Brühe und perfekt abgestimmte Zutaten. Man könnte vielleicht ein wenig nachsalzen, aber geschmacklich echt top. Leider war der Service etwas überfordert – ich musste fast eine Stunde auf mein Essen warten. Das Warten hat sich zwar gelohnt, aber schneller wäre natürlich besser. Trotzdem: Wer guten Ramen sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
