Trang is the best! We needed some new swag for our Cotton Candy biz and a friend of ours referred us to Trang. She was so easy to work with, gave insightful and honest suggestions, communicated frequently throughout the process, and most importantly, produced super cute, high quality products! We had embroidery done on sweatshirts and tees and we loved what she did for us. Although we didn't have a large order, Trang was willing to work with us and her turnaround was fast as well. I am writing this review late as my order was placed and completed in June for Father’s Day! After realizing I didn’t have a gift about three days before Father’s Day, I scrambled for something. After calling around to different printing/embroidery shops near me, Trang actually came recommended by another shop when I pitched my idea. They attested to her attentive nature and speedy execution. I sent Trang a couple of mockup ideas and she was super informative on what could work and what wouldn’t. She sent different color combos, what colors I could choose for thread, and even let me bring over my own sweater for her to work on. She was super friendly and never once made me feel bad for coming up with a last-minute gift! She got the sweater done in about four hours. Granted, it was one sweater, but she went straight to work once I dropped it off to make sure I got my dad a gift on time. The sweater came out perfect! We were aiming for a simple, monochromatic look and she absolutely killed it! My dad absolutely LOVES the sweater and it’s actually hard to get him out of it. Will definitely be hitting her up for more projects (not last-minute ones, I swear). Thank you so much, Trang!

Trang is a true gem! It’s evident she is passionate about her craft. Her face lit up as she helped me pick the right color stitches for my sweaters. She is personable, responsive and made this experience easy. I can’t recommend her enough and I will definitely come back to Trang for any embroidery needs!
