(Others used Google view then when they got to the house and on the roof, changed their quotes as the job was bigger than expected). He was priced better than others. We can’t say enough good things about Mike and his company! We were dealing with a miserable and stressful roofing issue, and Mike came to check things out, and provide an excellent temporary fix until he and his crew could come do the full job (it had been so rainy and water was getting in through the problem areas, and we were really worried about further damage). Mike was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, great at being in touch with us, always punctual, thorough in his clean-up, and even hauled bundles of shingles up the ladder himself because our roof is pretty miserable and high, and they couldn’t be loaded on with a machine! His crew all work directly for him, with no sub-contracting, and it was clear that he has good people who like working for him. We would absolutely 100% recommend MK2/Mike to anyone!
