I was so nervous to go for my first lymphatic massage but Rebecca was so sweet and comforting. She had me relaxed and at ease right off. She was wonderful. She explained everything so well. Told me which area she was working on and how it would help. Also she started off slow and easy and worked up to more intense treatment. I definitely recommend MLD if you are considering lymphatic massage for your healing journey.

On September 25, 2025, I had the privilege to be assigned to Ms Rebecca (Becca) Valadie, a Louisiana State Licensed (LA8388) Massage Therapist known for her knowledge & implementation of Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques, for my “60 minute Lymphatic Drainage + Scar Treatment Add On” appointment. Toward the end of my 60 minute session, I asked “Becca” if I could extend my session by 30 minutes; at that moment, I became so aware of how the almost hour session had already reduced my anxiety, relaxed my entire being and more importantly, the size & shape of my post surgical inflammation’s mass. By the end of the 90 minutes, my post surgical mass was even more reduced and I felt physically and emotionally totally renewed. I highly recommend “Becca” and MLD of Baton Rouge for both their grasp and application of manual lymphatic drainage and outstanding massage therapy.
