I have been going to see Dr John Wertish for several years for my pelvis/hip and back pain. Specifically for my discomforts during my 2 pregnancies. My first pregnancy, he helped with my pain tremendously. He did an adjustment on me the night before my due date and I went into labor that night. I had my daughter right on my due date. I had a un complicated labor and delivery and getting my pelvis aligned weekly assisted with that. When I was pregnant the second time, I knew I wanted to see Dr John again. I decided to test the theory that he helped with jump starting labor. I timed it out that he gave me an adjustment July 3rd and I went into labor that night again in order to have my baby on July 4th. My delivery was even easier and quicker this time. All my nurses were amazed. I highly recommend Dr John for your aches and pains but in addition he seems to have the magic touch to help you with labor and delivery too!
Dr. John and the team are great! Everyone is welcoming and helpful. I feel improvements in Dr. John's care and trust his astute assessment of how address each situation. I get a strong sense that patients coming in enjoy being there & return because they are in good care. The front desk team remember those of us coming in and genuinely ask how we are doing. I was referred here & plan to refer my sister as well!
I have been seeing De. John and other practitioners at Minnesota Chiro Health for years now and they have significantly helped me improve my mobility, alignment and body awareness. Something I really appreciate about their practice is the holistic approach that is taken and incorporating physical therapy type stretches, movements, and treatment plans along with alignment correction. Highly recommend connecting with the team and working with a practitioner to figure out what your individual needs are and working on a treatment plan together! I have not found another chiropractic office that builds the type of connections and is as ingrained in their culture of patient wellness at this one!
