My only negative experiences have come when dealing with the Greystone part of this partnership.
Shadows PlaysTerrible new appointment booking system which seems to only be in place to stop people getting appointments. Called at 9.45 for an appointment im really ill and so far 4 texts 2 more phone calls as despite asking for a call they choose to ignore and keep sending message….still no appointment could be dead bedore you get one at this surgery!!! Thank you for your response, however i called the number to make a complaint in January and asked for your practice Manager to call back….im still waiting for a response to this dat mothing so your fake google respinses are quite frankly useless and uour surgery needs looking into for its numerous errors!
