He was punctual, polite, and worked incredibly hard—especially considering my car was in a tough state after a protein shake exploded and dried on the roof! Paul didn’t miss a spot and went above and beyond to get everything looking spotless again. I also really appreciated how quickly everything was arranged—Michelle was fantastic over the phone and managed to book me in with less than 24 hours’ notice.
