Waited & stood in line to be helped. Other customers just walked to the desk who definitely arrived after me. When I spoke up he acted as if I was wrong. If I’m waiting to be assisted & my money spend just like theirs, I absolutely should have an attitude. Thankfully they were last resort - they break more phones than they fix. *** update 3 weeks - the GM reached out many ways & times to rectify the quality of service I received. Although I didn’t return for services, him going above & beyond to right a wrong was top tier. I’m very appreciative of the support & effort I received from him. 5 stars for that for sure.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My phone screen went black and they fixed it for the best price I could fine around, and it comes with a 1 year warranty! Fixed my phone the same day. Professional and kind customer service. They have cheap but good quality cases and tempered glass. They have very good priced electronics for sale and they buy some as well. They offer Acima Leasing, which is great. Overall 10/10 I recommend to everyone. They even have their own store song and music video, plus cartoons.

They seemed very nice but I was ultimately unhappy with the quality of my phone repair. I dropped my phone off on a Tuesday to have the screen replaced and was told it would be one price and to come back in 2 hours. I came back 3 hours later and it wasn't repaired. I finally came back about 5 hours after the initial drop off to pick it up. The screen was defective. I immediately returned it to them and was told they would let me know when it was repaired. I was told Wednesday afternoon it was ready. When I went to pick it up the features didn't work and the display was different. My husband went in to straighten it out and he was told that I was offered the aftermarket screen or the factory parts and choose the aftermarket parts. Which was a lie I had no idea that for the original quoted price I was getting inferior product. Ultimately he turned the phone in again to get a feature repaired. We finally were notified about 30min to close on Friday the phone was done and picked it up Saturday. I'm still not thrilled with the work as the display is slightly different and my front camera is poor quality due to the poor quality screen. The employees always seemed nice but I wish they would have been clear originally about the aftermarket screen and time that was needed to repair it. You should always be clear and straightforward with customers. To be fair we were told we could bring it back again to pay the difference and get the factory screen but we declined because I'm frustrated with the process and the phone is still in great condition despite the small differences and blurred camera.
