Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - The Pen Centre, St. Catharines,

Came in here the other day to get a battery replacement for my mother in laws phone. Junior associate Mike was unbelievably rude and arrogant. Clearly was in an absolutely terrible mood and decided that customers asking for help were the ones in the firing line. I was told on the phone I had to come in person to make an appointment for a few weeks later, which was fine. Then on arrival was told it would be several months. When I said that I wouldn't have come in if I'd been told that originally he bit hard saying 'If you have issues, tell google, its their fault not mine' . Tired of feeling under attack, I left the store. Having felt disrespected and treated unfairly, I decided to go back after a while, hoping the staff had had a chance to calm down. I asked Mike how he felt the interaction went and he said it was 'fine and nothing was wrong' to which I responded that I felt he was rude and abrasive for no reason. He then said 'how would you feel if thousands of people come in asking the same thing every day'. Which is an admission that yes he was being difficult to me through no fault of mine. I told him as a customer it isn't something to take out on me and that he could have been polite about it. Then his female colleague stepped up claiming 'its just who he is'. Which is a great defense of poor behavior and that as such, 'he wasn't being rude'. An excellent way to handle customer feedback. Seeing that my time was being wasted and no constructive conservation was going to be had, I decided again to leave to which I was given a smirk and a sarcastic 'BYE! Have a nice day!!'. I would recommend avoiding this store at all costs, just in case the staff here are having a bad day and they decide to treat you like trash. The single redeeming feature of this low standards mobile repair store is Junior Associate Mike's male colleague whom I didn't get the name of who held his hands up and admitted he gave the wrong info over the phone. Perhaps Mike and his other colleague can learn from him about how to act firstly like customer service agents and secondly like adults. Kudos to you Mobile klinik employee I didn't catch the name of.

Highly recommend this repair shop The lady helping me was very friendly and kind. The store even works with the manufacturers for warranty repairs. I just brought my phone in and she checked if it was covered under warranty, and they must bill the manufacturer because I did not have to pay anything. My screen was changed in less than 30 minutes!

We have visited your store and dealt with Mike on both occasions. He was most helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the matter with patience and kindness to enable us to better under stand why we were experiencing the issue and solved the problem with our photo transfer app. Thanks Mike, it was nice to see you again.
