Sam came and looked at my mothers car, gave a quote to repair, replaced the busted radiator, that didn't stop it from overheating, changed water pump then thermostat, and did not charge for water pump and thermostat as it ended up being the head gasket. I live 3.5 hrs away from his area, but I really wish we had more people like him near me, I would call him everytime. Very genuine!!!
