I will not recommend this service to ANYONE. I was told that I had to wait 48hrs to see if there was a TV screen available for my model tv. Paid $60 for a “diagnostic fee” and 48hrs went by , as a matter of fact several days went by before I was given a response or told any type of updates about my tv. I called several times , my man called several times & there was no answer. FOR DAYS. He finally responded back after about 8 days or so with an update of there was no available screen for my model tv ….. Thank Goodness he only got $60 out of me . Terrible service , wish I would have went with someone else

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. I entrusted Jerry with my 75-inch TV and provided a $60 deposit as he came to my home to pick up the tv. He assured me that I would receive an update on the cost and parts to fix the TV within 48 hours. However, communication with him was not good at all. He would not responded to my calls or text messages, leaving me in the dark about the status of my repair. He lied to me and I will not do business with him again nor refer him to anyone. He’s not accountable for his work. Very unprofessional.

Would NOT RECOMMEND at all. He took the $60 deposit and told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get an update about the broken tv and never got back with me. It took him 6 days to be able to get in contact with him just for him tell me that tv screen is “too old” it’s 50 inch tv and the tv is only 6yrs old. I need a refund! Please take yall money elsewhere, will go to a REAL SHOP in Savannah instead of this MOBILE SCAM!
