My husband drive by Model Garage everyday on the way to his GYM, and he told me to try them. I checked their reviews and decided to take my Honda hybrid civic car. I called and set an appointment and the guy on the phone was pleasant and helpful. I met with Robert who did the paper work. After checking my car he explained what they are going to do. They just did what was needed with no extra charges. I usually take my car to a Honda dealership who like to add extra stuff just to make extra money. I am very happy I found Model Garage and will be happy to recommend them. Thank you Robert, you have restored my faith in mechanics 😂. Fisseha

Model Garage has been giving me great service for close to 5 years. I first swung by when I had the catalytic converter stolen off my 2004 Prius in 2020 and the shop my insurance pushed me to didn't install any covers. I called and set up an appointment to get a cover first thing after the other shop put in the replacement, and Model Garage was super accommodating. More recently I had the check engine light come on after getting back from a longer vacation. I took it to a different shop closer to my workplace and that shop tried to charge me a ton of money to replace a bunch of parts they weren't sure would fix the problem. I called Model Garage since I was planning to set up my annual maintenance with them anyway and they offered to take a look. It took a few visits to sleuth out the issue, but by the end of it they correctly identified the problem as a worn down piece of plastic which prevents rain from running down the windshield into the engine block. Too much time in the sun had degraded some of this plastic and water was leaking in after each rainfall, causing sporadic cylinder misfires. They were very professional and didn't double-charge me on the return visits after a few cheaper fixes didn't cut it, and by the end of everything they charged me less than the other shop was asking to replace only the parts needed to actually solve the problem. The car has driven great a full year since and I'm writing this review from the shop waiting for my routine maintenance to finish. I've recommended this shop to friends and family since and anyone who's been has had a similarly great experience. I really trust these folks and I can tell I'm not alone since they always seem busy - definitely call in advance to schedule an appointment and give them time to do their thing. You won't regret it!

As always, Felix and other crew members treated us courteously and graciously. Felix listened to my concerns and explained the reasons my Volvo needed repairs in many areas. I know that I can call and get support if necessary. My car is old and needed special attention and received it. Thank you, Felix and crew!

Finally 👍🏽a place where customer service matters .I've brought three vehicles in for regular maintenance and repairs. I live in Berkeley my mechanic that I trusted left, For a long time I've been trying to find one that I can trust that's reasonable in price. They call you each and every time before doing anything to your car to get your approval first. Which I appreciate I am very grateful to finally find a repair shop I can trust. And is fully transparent. I will continue to do regular maintenance with them on all my vehicles from now on. Please continue the service that you give trust is an issue in this field people will not repair their cars if they don't Trust the facilities that are reparing them. That was me. They do not price gouge at all. Our money matters and so does affordability let's be honest .This coming from a female. As I feel we are always/ often scammed in this feild. I wish they repaired Mercedes too
