Not only does he have a wonderful personality, he is very knowledgeable and explains all options related to some of my dental complications in a clear manner without being pushy. He cares about his work and it shows. He is also surrounded by lovely support staff. Thank you Dr Roy Chan dentistry, keep up the great work!

Initially I was super happy with the service at this dental office but then the bill was $640 over the predetermination amount and no one said a thing!! They just punched it in and told me how much to pay. Didn’t discuss it with me or explain why. Nothing. That’s just inexcusable in my books. Even when I called later and was given their reasoning for the extra charges, I didn’t see the amount as being completely justified nor did they seem to care about the unexpected financial burden it placed on me.
