In my experience if you engage with Modern Earth: - In point form, include your wants/needs in the contract and have ME initial each point. (should be able to/does not mean they can do it) Quote by the job, not by hourly rates. - Request ME produce a week/monthly action plan with details/timeline to completion. Discuss and document penalty clauses (in contract) for missed completion dates. Meet in person monthly to discuss progress. Falling behind? Do not allow ME to reset the completion time clock. - No upfront payments. Negotiate a progress pay program based on the week/month action plan. Don't loose your leverage. - Ask for examples of their work and refences. Get another quote from a competitor. Don't accept inferior work. - Document everything. - If a dispute arises, small claims court has a 15k ceiling. Lawyers cost more. Protect yourself with an iron clad contract. It's business not friendship.

Modern Earth has been working with our non-profit organization, the Swan Valley Animal Protection League to create a new website for us. We love it! Our staff can now easily make changes and update photos, etc. We are grateful for the ease of use of the website is for our customers. We also were impressed with the staff that helped train and educate us, they were kind and helpful. Would highly recommend Modern Earth.

Terrible company. Website was NOTHING like was promised. Looked like something from 1992. Repeated broken promises by Brent Toderash. Will have to resort to litigation. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Somehow they've managed to make negative reviews disappear while pumping up their ratings with fake reviews.
