Modern Maids

We hired MM to clean our home before we moved in. There was still some areas contractors were finishing up, so we didn't expect it to be sparkling or completely spotless. We did, however, expect them to clean the areas they could and work with what they had, especially considering the cost of the service. There was a checklist they were allegedly going to complete (where possible), but they were incredibly lazy and failed to do even some basics where was nothing was hindering their ability to do so. They didn't mop or clean the floors a completely empty room with vinyl flooring - you could see the footprints and spots from the painters still everywhere. They didn't wipe the baseboards, so there was a SUBSTANTIAL amount of debris and dust in the halls and around the areas where drywall was recently installed or repaired. They didn't even touch the shower, which was disgusting from the previous homeowners. They walked right by a huge mirror we removed from a room and are moving to the bathroom without so much as wiping the dust off. It didn't even smell remotely like cleaning products afterward. So disappointing. I was far from impressed with what little they did clean and the quality of the cleaning. And again, we didn't expect it to be perfect or spotless everywhere because some of the work still being done (no kitchen counters for them to wipe, a bathroom being completely redone that they didn't need to worry about, etc.), but I did expect them to at least do the bare minimum in the areas they could address.

Modern Maids was fantastic! They were friendly, efficient and did an amazing job cleaning my entire house - especially the hard-to-reach areas. I really appreciate their dedication to quality.

Hired modern maids for move out cleaning in an apartment that hadn't been cleaned for very long. They made the apartment and all appliances look like move in day in 3 hrs and that too at a very reasonable price.
