Good facilities but the staff is obnoxious and annoying. In my experience they WILL be right behind you at every given moment to kick you out of a court even if they're all empty lol (And also the fact you have to pay HOURLY + even if you do you have to go to the counter every hour and check in AGAIN even if you already paid/booked?? Most annoying system ever)

Decent Gym, lots of horrible etiquette with some of the members. Gym staff don’t walk through to see how people are using the area. Edit: they started to monitor better, shows they listen to reviews. Thanks FH

I’m writing to share my concerns about repeated negative interactions with a front desk staff member at field house. On April13 around 2pm, I came to the center with my son for some exercise — something we do regularly as part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I scanned both of our leisure cards, but the system didn’t seem to register properly. The staff member called me back multiple times, then said the card was for my daughter, not my son. I explained that both of my children’s names start with “E” and the cards only show the first initial — something your staff had originally labeled that way. What I found frustrating was how the staff member chose to handle it. She knows me from past visits and has access to the system, which clearly shows my full family profile and their photos. Instead of using that to clarify things, she insisted on repeatedly calling me back, turning a small issue into an unnecessarily difficult situation. She then refused to provide her name when I asked. To be honest, I previously submitted a complaint about her behavior, and I now feel like she’s treating me unfairly because of that. Her actions felt more personal than professional — as though she was intentionally trying to give me a hard time. City facilities like this should be welcoming and respectful, especially to regular users. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that your staff can be reminded to treat all visitors fairly, without bias or attitude. I’d also suggest improving how family leisure cards are labeled to avoid this kind of mix-up in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

My son trains for track and field there. This is an awesome facility with an amazing indoor multifunction track. I have seen people play volleyball, walk, jog, high jump, long jump etc there. There is also a gym right at top of all the field.
