We just recently had a new metal roof installed by Modern Standing Seam Metal Roofing. They did an amazing job at a very fair price. Adam came out and gave us a very thorough presentation of all our options, walked us through the entire process, and made us feel very comfortable before moving forward. They came and got the job done shortly after, in a very timely manner, especially dealing with all of the rain we've had recently. Once the job was completed, Adam came back and spent at least an hour going through our yard making sure there wasn't a single piece of metal left and answered all questions I had. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

We needed a new roof as our asphalt shingled original was old and developed problems. Multiple options, materials, styles, and companies were considered. Modern Standing Seam Metal Roofing (MSSMR) owner Adam provided a review of our roof, presentation on his company’s expertise (particularly metal working), project timeline & expectations, and quote. Obviously one of the most important factors is cost in which they gave us a competitive estimate. All considering - we signed MSSMR's contract as their standing seam roof seemed like the best all-around option given how segmented our roof is. MSSMR deploys excellent crews (fabrication, installation, cleaning, etc.). We were impressed with everyone's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to make corrections while replacing the roof. Shout out to the installation team especially because they worked diligently ensuring form and function. Our questions, concerns, and requests were answered all along the way. The project took about 10 days which was in line with their estimate. We have only had our roof for a short time but I have every expectation that Adam will make things right if anything goes awry. The roof materials and application are high quality - we have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. We highly recommend MSSMR!
