Completion of my clinical training for Dentistry at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) has been a truly transformative experience. I am deeply grateful to all the faculty members, doctors, and support staff who made this journey so enriching. A special thanks to Dr. Alia Essam Alozn, Dr.Smrithi Visakhavarma and Dr.Shweta Nar whose mentorship and guidance were invaluable during my rotations. Their dedication to teaching and patient care set a benchmark I aspire to follow. I recently contacted your call center and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The representative seemed unprepared and unable to answer my questions effectively. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and the information I received was unclear and ultimately unhelpful. The entire experience was frustrating and a waste of my time. I hope you can improve the training and knowledge of your call center staff to provide better support and attitude to your customers in the future.

I’ve had significant difficulty reaching the Clinical Attachment Department at MBRU. Despite numerous attempts via their direct line and the main university number, I have not received any responses. Emails have also gone unanswered. Even after raising multiple complaints through the main MBRU line, the situation remains unchanged. Communication and responsiveness from this department appear to be severely lacking.
