My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Royal de Versailles in Toronto. We're from out-of-town and don't have access to authorized dealers for high-end brands, so I just wanted to pop-in see some watches in person. David greeted us and ended up being a fantastic tour guide - I was able to take pictures, ask questions, and my wife was able to try on a few JLCs. We were even able to see a few H. Moser's with tourbillons in action! More impressively though, is we were able to talk shop about watches - he knew his stuff and spoke like a fellow enthusiast, which is refreshing in an industry where its easy to be dismissive and pretentious.
