I also received pictures of things that were noticed by them that were broken or not fitting like it should and one I knew about and the other two I never even noticed but it was obvious they were issues from before I moved in, not even my property manager noticed it in his inspections so that helped me too. The price is lower than I expected so my expectations when I came home were low, but I was happily surprised that the quality was top notch. I highly recommend.
