My husband hired your company for biweekly cleaning of just our first floor—basic vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying. Unfortunately, I have to express how extremely disappointed I am with the team that came today and two weeks ago. To be honest, I’m not even sure if they vacuumed. On June 25, they left dirt and debris clearly visible around our dog’s water bowl—an area that should be routinely cleaned. Today was no different. I’ve attached a photo showing just how much was missed again. My husband attempted to reach out after the last cleaning, but no one responded. However, your team was very quick to follow up about updating our credit card information. That contrast says a lot. As someone whose mother has worked as a professional housekeeper for over 30 years, I can confidently say the level of service we received was unacceptable. She was shocked at the condition the house was left in. We are canceling this service immediately. Let’s see if someone actually contacts my husband back to address our concerns—though at this point, our confidence in your service is gone.
