Extremely disappointing experience with Mom and Pop Tax Shop. From the start, there was a serious lack of communication—messages and emails went unanswered for many days, making it nearly impossible to get any clarity on my our books or tax situation. Beyond that, there was zero accountability when mistakes were made. Instead of taking responsibility, they deflected blame. Unfortunately, these errors had real financial consequences. To make matters worse, I paid for services that were never actually provided. Despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to complete the work I was charged for, leaving me to clean up the mess elsewhere. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and professional services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
