Our furniture and home items were handled with great care and everything arrived in perfect condition considering it went from Canada to Spain. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Natasha was my initial point of contact. She provided a quote promptly and even visited my home ahead of time to ensure all the details were accurate. Communication throughout the process was excellent. A few days before the move, Amanda followed up to confirm the moving team and arrival window for our 2-day move. The morning of, I received a 30-minute heads-up call before the movers arrived, which I really appreciated. Michel, Ethan, and Greg arrived right on time and started with a walk-through before getting to work. They were professional, careful with all of our belongings, and efficient throughout the day. After loading, Focus stored our items overnight at their facility and delivered everything the next day right on schedule, placing items in the assigned rooms and even assembling our furniture. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Focus Moving to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.

What a fabulous moving experience. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment from Toronto to Berlin and after all my research, Focus was the clear choice. I did deep research with all the big names and BBB accredited movers in and around the GTA but Focus offered the most reasonable quotation, with clear pricing slabs that would cover various shipment volumes. They were incredibly flexible, responsive throughout and accountable to the quote they provided. Although my shipment was slightly higher volume in the end, they stuck to their quote as a gesture of good will. The movers were friendly, professional and even helped me out by disposing some of my furniture which I was going to throw away! My items were arrived when expected, and I received all my items in good condition, with the exception of some minor damage on a kitchen utensil and a desk, and the compensation provided was more than fair. In fact, they helped me eliminate the bureaucracy and red tape of claiming insurance and provided a replacement value settlement on their own. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found them. A cross continent move is a big deal, and Focus showed incredible accountability, communication, flexibility and integrity throughout the process. I absolutely recommend them
