20 YEAR customer , now no more , thanks to gross negligence / incompetance / stupidity with the front office staff that continually screwed up my account dozens of times !!! pathetic at best.....so bad , had to file fraud complaints with police , still under investigation to same !!! - site is grossly outdated , owners refuse to maintian a safe working environment......ALL cars are covered with dust / concretes dust and have seen even rocks on cars.......go look yourself !!!

I've used them to store a vehicle for 10 months of the year now for the past 8 years as I live in the North and need a safe place to keep my truck. Always had excellent service. A company that can retain it's employees in a market that values great service is particularly rare and Boyd's storage and John whom I've delt with for all this time is a rare. I most highly recommend them.

Went away 10,000 kms and had to make representation and bring my car to Boyd's. The vehicle is a limited addition and it attracts attention. Boyd was very helpful, provided an immaculate, industrial grade large parking hall. Upon my return, they made arrangements for monthly bills and handed me the contract, after the fact but, then again, I had been the one in need. Bills and contract were detailed and just good. Pricing: monthly 150$ tax included, about much less than overpriced competitors, and they including a one time trickle charging 25$ fee. Vehicle was pristine, no issues nor fingerprints whatsoever. The vehicle is thanking me, and am already considering Boyd for future mid-winters.
