Very disappointed with this business. Sadly I was referred to this business from a car enthusiasts friend. Dustin left the company unexpectedly. Lisa Friesen took over and never got back to me. Seems like no one there cares. Countless phone calls and no one is there to simply pick up the phone. For that reason = 1 ⭐️ I'm willing to update this review only if they get back to me in a timely manner.

***SCAMMERS ALERT*** ***FRAUD*** They have unprofessional staff and ask for money by making endorsements without authorisation of policy holder and when you ask for explanation. They will not respond and hung up on you. It is better not to have insurance in comparison of doing business with them. I have attached the screenshot of one the associate sent me the voicemail using derogatory terms. I am calling them from past two and they have no explanation about increased premium. If any senior staff is seeing this review in that case please be professional and contact me.
