The staff is incredible at TSL. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Liv is an incredible physiotherapist, she goes above and beyond for her clients and is very professional and personable. Well worth travelling 8 hours for her services!!

I've been a loyal client of TSL Physio for several years, appreciating their friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, I recently encountered a significant issue that has left me disappointed. Despite their previous reliability, the introduction of new staff seems to have led to a lack of respect for clients' time. On the same day, my appointment was canceled not once, but three times, mere hours before the scheduled time! While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, this level of disregard for punctuality is unacceptable. Especially if you have a busy schedule! It's disappointing that such a reputable establishment would allow such carelessness to affect their service quality and bring discomfort to their clients.
