Although our visit didn't go as planned (at no fault of the business or its professionals)...we were made to feel welcome, I was kept informed of every thing they were doing and they brought my Rebel back to me in between... unfortunately Rebel was too far gone with too many injuries that we had to make a decision. They gave us plenty of time and even offered us more and more time, offered us water and whatnot...they treated us with respect and our little Rebel too. As much as my heart got broken, we truly truly appreciated the care he was given by these beautiful professionals.

Staff were super friendly and simply amazing! You could feel the sincerity, my Burrito loved them instantly. Made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The vet was fantastic! Very informative and attentive, she knew what she was doing. Highly recommended!

If you visit, take a moment to think and ask questions. They took care of my dog and got her an appointment quickly but over prescribed medication. When they came in with the estimate they spoke quickly, didn't present me with alternative options nor go over the potential side effects first. I visited for a minor dog bite and they initially prescribed two types of antibiotics and pain medication to take home. I realize this was excessive and may do more harm than good now that I am in a clearer headspace outside of the stress of the clinic. I should've questioned more, seen the injuries for myself after they were shaved and cleaned, and asked for time to reflect rather than agreeing blindly because I just wanted my dog to feel better. Below are photos of all the injuries they deemed required two types of antibiotics and pain medication costing over 160$. The one on the back of the neck was "deeper than they initially thought" which really pulled at my emotions but I could do the same amount of damage if I stabbed myself with a pencil. UPDATE: Sandy did reach out which was appreciated but it was weird to be approached by PR rather than a qualified technician or the vet. However, she did not mention in her response that she admitted that it was inappropriate for them to not request my dogs medical history, not explain side effects, and not offer multiple options. I was told that they educated their team after this but it shouldn't have happened and they refused to refund my unused medication that was prescribed irresponsibly. My dog got a similar but more severe bite the year prior and we went to a non-emergency vet and this is how my experience differs 1. My last vet shaved her for free. This clinic didn't say that shaving would cost 50$ 2. The last vet only prescribed one type of antibiotic (oral). A simple google search shows that vets commonly over-prescribe antibiotics leading to antibiotic resistance 3. My last vet asked for her medical history and if she was on other medications. My dog is 11 so it's dangerous for the vet to prescribe without knowing if it could cause worse complications 4. My last vet spoke about side effects and gave a medication info sheet common at all pharmacies and at every vet clinic I've visited. This clinic provided neither. Be cautious and ask questions because they won't give you all the information upfront.

We called this clinic at 8pm because our dog became very lethargic and disoriented. We drove an hour, because our regular vet clinic does not have emergency hours. The staff here were amazing. They dealt with our stress and questions with gentleness and were very professional. They guided us through a very stressful situation with grace and ease. Thank you very much!
