Customer experiences
Absolutely loved the experience here, quaint place with an amazing atmosphere. Their decor is very inn, cozy but very cool. Food was amazing highly recommend. Flavours were fresh, beautifully presented and well prepared. They are usually booked out I heard and it's better to try to get a reservation. We sat in the lower floor as there was a wedding held that day. The floor creaks a loooot (also a lot of ppl that day presumably) but not a deterrent for me. I wish they had more parking though, not sure what can really be done about that though
We ordered the Cobb salad and yellowfin tuna salad. Both very well made and fresh. My disappointment was the peach tiramisu for dessert. Surprisingly a bunch of us ordered and we felt it was canned peach. We didn’t feel it was freshly picked. If it wasn’t for this I would given 5 star google rating.
Pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in for New Year’s Eve dinner. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming. They had a special NYE menu and our party ordered everything from scallops in butternut squash, braised short ribs to grilled sablefish. The food was cooked perfectly, flavoured well and balanced with a generous portion of protein, veg and carbs. The attention to the complement of flavouring was appreciated by our party of foodies. In the age of shrinkflation the portion and cost of the meal is very reasonable and the Service was attentive and friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and will recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
This is our go-to date spot. We had our first date in the Peter Cellars Pub downstairs and it was a so memorable. We return here at least once a year. The food is awesome, the servers are a delight (we miss you Wayne), and the atmosphere is rustic and elegant.
Mono Cliffs Inn is a pub.
