Bourbon BBQ in Bozeman is absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, the warm, smoky aroma lets you know you’re in for something special. The pulled pork and chicken & waffles were amazing. The sides were great — smoked green beans and perfectly seasoned fries. The atmosphere is laid-back yet stylish, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their service. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Bourbon BBQ is a must-try spot in Bozeman!

Baby back ribs were good but the meat was not falling off the bones. Most dishes were very heavily seasoned with coarse black pepper! If you love black pepper, you might like this restaurant which is relatively expensive for its quality!

We ordered a half order of nachos and the birria tacos and chose bbq beans as the side. All were very good. The nachos are surprisingly filling as they have everything as a topping, and I would definitely recommend it. The meat was smoky and flavorful, and the sauce for the birria tacos was magic.

Food: overall great!!! The burnt ends were great! Very fatty but I like fattier cuts of meat. The meat was all great and the Mac and cheese. Service: server was attentive and lots of availability Atmosphere: Not too crowded! We came for the dancing as well. It was fun and upbeat but very crowded! Just know you don’t have a ton of room to dance. Overall great experience!
