It's been amazing to have providers listen without being dismissive or pushy. Highly recommend their services.

Incredibly frustrated and disappointed in the customer service, completely wasted my time!!!… I was looking for a new provider to facilitate continuing my prescriptions, I already have a professional recent evaluation and documentation of my quarterly follow-up appointments; after several phone calls, I was instructed to get a referral faxed to the MT Psychiatry office, which took some time, after which, they sent online applications for which I had to give all of my info, including releases for info on my credit card and insurance billing; the online application process + other forms took over 1 1/2 hrs to complete, as the forms were not very intuitive or user friendly, and some did not even open, so they had to resend them! (Frustrating!) I did all of this work, only to find out that an initial evaluation is $1,200.00+ (out-of-pocket for me, and WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?) AND the following appointments $300+ >>> this was NOT what I was told initially, as I had explained that I do not need a psychological evaluation (so again, WHY $1,200 for an initial intake appointment???) and a huge waste of time because of the misinformation! I am STILL confused as to whether ANY of the staff even looked at the referral or assessed who there would be appropriate for me to speak with … I felt that the office staff were pleasant enough, but care very little about a customer’s valuable time or effort to get help, and have poor training - very very stressful, disappointed and surprised, given how much they charge for the services

Twice this agency had messed up my claims with my insurances mental health package and tried to have me pay full for my initial intake. I had to have this remedied with insurance and they fixed it last year when it happened, but refused to call insurance this year to remedy this issue. My insurance is unable to call them because they’ve blocked 800 numbers. So I’m left playing phone tag and middle man between the billers and my insurance to fix this issue. Instead of calling my insurance to fix this, their biller was very rude and dismissive of their mess up. Very disappointing in an agency that serves mental health and made the same mistake last year.

I use Dr. Malters she has been wonderful for me. I would add have suggested her and the office for help for themselves. She has really turned me life around. I was suffering so bad with PTSD and anxiety and depression. I didn’t know up from down and pretty much just wanted to die. She has helped me talk through so many things. I will continue recommending this office to anyone that is suffering.
