Tina is amazing — she really knows what she’s doing and always takes the time to understand what I want. I appreciate how she gives helpful suggestions that suit my hair type and style preferences. Her warm, friendly vibe made my visit pure bliss, and the spa’s relaxing atmosphere sealed the deal. I left glowing and will definitely be back for Tina! Highly recommend!

This is a very small salon with lots of clutter. The owner seemed very pushy; telling me I should get a pedicure at least 8 times while I was there for a manicure. If I wanted a pedicure, I would have booked it. Too pushy for my liking. The owner kept getting up from doing the manicure and answering the phone or doing other tasks. During a manicure, it is polite and expected to have the service done with no interruptions. If the excuse is you’re the only one who can do such tasks, then I suggest you hire more staff. The colour choices are vast but the upselling to shellac or tips was uncomfortable. You can tell she is very money focused. The owner also seemed to be abrupt when speaking, she had a bit of a blunt, impolite style to her. The payment machine was brought even before my nails were dry!!! I still needed clear coat applied, but the owner brought the machine and asked twice to pay. This is rude and unprofessional. Payment should be taken once the service is complete- not in the middle of nail drying. Overall, the girl who did my manicure did a good job, it even included a nice warm towel and hand/arm massage. The pet peeve I have at salons is staff speaking their native language- this is inconsiderate to the customer and keep note, you never know who may know that language…..Overall, this was an OK salon with fairly cheap prices and it gets the job done.

It’s been less than 24 hours and my nail already broke. Place was so unorganized, staff were rude and it was very unclean. The person doing my nails was rushing, didn’t seem to care about shaping or cleaning up the residue (these were worse than the photo provided, I went home and tried to clean around the edges myself). I wouldn’t even recommend this place for my worst enemy.
