Had a problem with getting a refill for heart medication due to unforseen problems. The clinic and Dr Stephen understood the problem quickly and got the medication filled. Wonderful place to go when your ill.

Dr. Kassis listens to me, understands, and explains things to me very well. He gives me good reasons why we should or shouldn't do things, and I appreciate that. His staff is very helpful and friendly.

The care I got was good. My only complaint is that you're sitting in the waiting room for awhile even if they haven't called anyone back for a hot minute. If they cut the waiting time down it would be amazing.

I like the Clinic and the People that work there are Awesome! I've been in the program for almost 10 yrs now, that means a lot to me. I've met a lot of different people and I've grown to like them, I feel like some of them are like family to me. Why? Because they show me they care about me, and some listen to you some don't, and that's ok.I can always go to my Counselor Ms Sheree"s Darnell she's the most Amazing person I've ever met. I can go in to see her crying but when I leave I'm all SMILES! 😁 She knows how to talk to you and she listens to everything you have to talk about. I do like Doc, he does listen also. If you have a problem he does handle it and see"s that your health is taken care of. So yeah I would give the Clinic and the ones there a BIG 10+ . THEY WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY! AND I JUST LOVE THEM ALL!
