Just completed an 800-mile bikepacking trip through Morocco with a Surly Bridge Club I picked up here. I showed up one day and explained my hopes for the trip, and I was given a wealth of info along with a bike recommendation. They also did a tubeless conversion for me on the house. The bike worked beautifully and had no issues over a ton of rough stuff and significant abuse. Great bike, better shop.

I’m a baby commuter cyclist and even my teensiest questions were answered thoroughly with expertise and patience. And the price for my tune-up and parts replacement was literally unbeatable! Note, while I was waiting for those parts to come in, I’d casually mention the shop to friends and strangers and every single time, they were like “Oh that’s the one I recommend!” Seriously can’t beat that kind of validation considering the huge PNW biking community. Truly an S-tier bike shop and I will not be going anywhere else for anything!
