Alyssa is so welcoming and kind that my daughter is immediately at ease and chatting. An hour later, her hair looks amazing. These appointments are a special experience for my 12yo, who is learning what an appointment should be like.

DM for more info. Truly horrific. Run away, do not walk. The Temu of hair salons, but at the price of Neiman’s. I had Alyssa. DM for details of the horror. I saw her once before for a cut, which was fine. But highlights were a disaster. When I went back to fix it, she tried to gaslight me into saying she did a bad job because of the picture I showed her. Took 0 responsibility for the lack of skill (for which she charged over $500!). It wasn’t just that the color looked bad on me, it was also the placement - awakard thick block in the front of one side, and everything started like 1/2 inch from the root, which was very noticeable because the blondish/brown was such a drastic contrast to my black hair. Pic looked nothing like it. I tried to resolve the overcharge issue with management, but that too ended up just going around in circles. If they respond to this review and put some of that managed PR spin on it. (Just DM for the non-PR version) That being said, never had any problems with nails, massages, or facials.

Shery is incredible, so clearly talented and invested in her work. I got a balayage and cut (pictured) in April. She was went above and beyond! Made sure I knew what my options were, she listened to what I was thinking and suggested experienced and knowledgeable suggestions about what would look compliment me personally. I went in for a haircut with her this week and she was incredible again! I am the kind of person who isn't sure what to do with their hair and Shery made me feel confident I was going to walk out feeling great with beautiful, intentional style. You can tell her goal is to make your hair look great FOR YOU!
