We had the absolute best car buying experience we've ever had with Jon Strong!! I went in not 100% sure what I wanted but having a strong price point and some must haves. Jon spent the entire afternoon letting us test drive, answering questions, and giving us all options with no pressure. I found the absolute car of my dreams with a payment much less than I anticipated and cannot say enough good things about the dealership, Jon, or the overall process! Highly recommend!
My husband and I got the pleasure of working with Dacie. We were looking for a used first time car for our 16 year old daughter. Dacie made the buying process so enjoyable, quick and easy! It’s so clean and sleek on the inside of this store and everyone in there was very inviting and willing to help. The price point was so reasonable compared to other places, and not a piece of junk. And most importantly, our 16 year old is absolutely obsessed with her new car! We will definitely be back in the future for anything else we need.
Variable at Nelson Nissan did an amazing job. I've purchased many cars. this was by far the smoothest. She made coordination of test drive. paperwork. purchased. for long distance a simple and pleasurable experience. All of our expectations were met and exceeded. She. the dealership and the vehicle were wonderful. Thanks so much! we'll worth the trip and thanks for ensuring things were ready given our limited time.
Never thought I would leave Nelson a bad review but here we are! Over the last 20 years we have bought 5 brand new cars from them. But the last one we bought in 2022 we have had nothing but bad experiences with them. When we bought it we did not get a demo or detail of the brand new car. Still had stickers and plastic we had to deal with. But we gave grace and continued to use them since our warranty we purchased was through them. But this last experience was the last straw. I made it clear to the tech when I dropped it off that we had a bad experience last time and that is why we do not bring it in. The last time they had it for 2 weeks, put 248 miles on it and was clearly used for personal use. It had 3 phone chargers in the front and back seats. So I let her know I did not want it used in that manner. I also informed her that my husband had just been diagnosed with cancer and that if the issues were not covered under the warranty that we could not do them. After they had my car 5 days she said they could not hear the popping noise it was making so I had to go drive it for her to show her and before even getting a block away it did it 4 times.. Then 3 days later she informed me nothing would be covered by the warranty and was charging me for diagnostics fees and the loaner car for a week. I went to pick it up and pay the charges I clearly told her I could not afford, only to get my car back with 78 miles driven while they had it, a joy ride to McDonalds (found the receipt crumbled in the passenger floorboard), 29 miles of fuel left until empty when I dropped it off it had 144. It smelled like a greasy mechanic and was filthy and has stains on the headliner. I am contacting the warranty company to see if taking it else where is an option for work as Nelson Nissan has lost my trust and my business! I am VERY disappointed! Their solution has been to send me a $25 check for fuel.
