Richard and Steve installed Google Nest remote control for the boiler and hot water. Also boiler service. Text confirmation of appointment, arrived 5 minutes early and did the job carefully and well. Took 3 hrs over the job emailed the boiler service certificate whilst at the house and I felt it was a very good quality job done with care and they knew what they were doing. Very reasonable invoice, will be using them for all plumbing and heating work in the future. Very satisfied customer

Moorheat installed a new boiler at my home today. The whole experience, from site survey and quote through to completion of the Install, was first rate. Richard and Steve were so friendly and helpful throughout the process and delivered good old fashioned customer service. Their pricing was excellent, and I could tell that they took a great deal of pride in their work. I will definitely be using them for my ongoing servicing, and I really feel that their offer of support should I have any issues or queries was a genuine one. They were both very courteous and respectful of my home and sought approval before going upstairs to bleed radiators etc. In spite of my positivity I must assure you I'm not affiliated with the company at all - I just think it's important to recognise good service when you experience it.
