Brilliant. From the initial contact, to the quote, and then the installation itself, this company has been exemplarily, I could not wish for better tradespeople. Terrible communication and dishonest. Believe its acceptable to tell you 2 hours after they were due that they wouldn't be coming, require chasing multiple times, and try and invoice you for double the agreed amount after digitally accepting a quote. Avoid at all costs.
These are the kind of people who turn right out of McDonalds in Saltash when using their phone at the wheel. (Reported to operation SNAP - 6 points and a fine pending for B12WAV) Would never use these guys again - if they can't follow the rules I'm not sure they can be trusted to work in peoples homes
