I recently visited Morcor Computer with a laptop that was running incredibly slow. One of the staff members quickly diagnosed it as a failing hard drive and reassured me that I didn’t need a new laptop, especially since I mainly use it for YouTube and emails. He promised it would feel like a brand-new device once fixed — and he delivered! Not only is it running much faster, but he also managed to have it ready for me the same day. I’m thoroughly impressed with the honest, fast, and reliable service I received. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of computer repairs.

They update me prior to the repair or changes needed to be made to aid me with my decision making which helps me with my budget. I brought three computers and four monitors to a computer store intending to sell them. The store owner often did not reply to messages and failed to call me at the agreed time for two consecutive days. Initially, I received a market valuation for my ROG 3060ti system from the store owner. I understood that they needed to make a profit, so I didn’t expect them to match the market price. However, when I brought everything to the store, the staff were vague and offered to buy all three computers and four monitors for just 600 CAD, which is absurd. When I asked for the individual prices for each item, they couldn’t provide an answer and claimed not to know the market prices, though it was obvious they did. One of the staff even said that the 4060 is more powerful than the 3060ti, which is simply not true. I wasn’t sure if they were genuinely incompetent or deliberately trying to rip me off. Later, I easily sold the computers to a merchant in Toronto for a reasonable market price, getting 1500 CAD for everything. Do not go to this store. The staff are very polite but are also great actors. If you don’t know much about computers, they will overcharge you without you realizing it. I'm very glad I'm a computer science student and was able to recognize this.
