M SA Mthis is the first time visiting in amigos in over 5 years, I must say it hasn't caught up with the time with their options of smash burger, there burgers and flavour are very 2016 I'm surprised they have kept afloat, the service was good and came fast but the food lacked anything special to make it unique or deserve another visit especially given the prices you can easily get a tasty burger anywhere else. the meat was tasteless and sauces in the burger were really average. I guess another visit will probably be in another 5 years!
PayamThis place has been consistently disappointing! I’ve given Amigos multiple chances, but yesterday was the final straw. I debated whether to write this, but enough is enough. Every single time I’ve ordered—whether in person or through delivery apps—something has been missing or incorrect. The food is average at best, and while it was great when the restaurant first opened, the quality and service have gone downhill. The sheer number of mistakes is astonishing for a restaurant. How hard is it to get an order right? It’s clear the staff need better training because accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this business. To the owners: success doesn’t mean you can let standards slip. Expanding to new locations is no excuse for poor service and declining quality. Save your time and money—I certainly won’t be going back!
KL GReally impressed with the portion size and customer service. Very clean and welcoming environment. There was lots to choose from the menu. I went for the grill chicken which came as meal and included chips a drink and a pitta bread. The food was well presented. The chips cooked to perfection however I was not impressed with the sauce used to grill the chicken it was very acidic probably vinegar base. It did not meet my expectation. Everything else was great.
