Very disappointed with the service that I received from Combined Mortgage. I was treated strictly as a commission and it was hands down the most dehumanizing customer experience of my life. My broker was very difficult to reach when I had questions and provided me false information on multiple occasions. I was told I would be approved in 24-48 hours and it ended up being over two weeks. As such, I had to pay a substantial rush fee to my lawyer to rush the documents in order to close on time, all due to Combined Mortgage failing to deliver on their approval time. When I presented them with my frustrations and the financial losses I had incurred, they refused to make the situation right or offer any compensation. I would not recommenced their services (or lack thereof) to anybody. It's a buyers market out there, shop around for someone else.
