As a first time home buyer Jillian made the process so incredibly straight-forward. I felt supported every step of the way. She was always easy to get ahold of, patient when I had many questions, and incredibly knowledgable. I really appreciated how she took the time to walk through everything with me and made sure I understood everything along the way. She also was able to support me with the Métis Nation's FTHB grant and that was essential! It was a fantastic experience and am very thankful to have had Jillian to help me out!

Jill was amazing. Our situation was complicated. Although we already owned a home outright, because of contract work, we couldn’t show a long enough history of income. Despite our investments with them, our bank couldn’t think outside the box and would not give us a large enough mortgage. It wasn’t a problem for Jill though; she got us a great product for the full amount we needed. She communicated clearly, was very easy to get ahold of, and we did everything electronically which was super convenient for us.

She eased all our worries and explained everything thoroughly. I would say that two of her best qualities as a mortgage broker are how friendly and personable she is.
