I was referred to this company as I was having a backyard project done back in July Asked if they can beat a specific amount that I received from another contractor I was told yes. They started the same day, but after midway of the project. They needed more money as they didn’t expect the cubic yard of dirt was more than expected as well as dump cost. Their workers damaged the existing wooden and stone retaining walls. I did brought it up but it was already too late, literally damaged was done. Plus side, good communication, responds quickly, did refund partial payment.

We are beyond pleased with the outcome of our project. Empire finished a stalled basement project adding soffits, wiring, Sheetrock, flooring, and finish carpentry. Our project manager went to great lengths to get the flooring we wanted, and our carpenter was the most punctual and polite young man. Every day he started by asking if we had any questions or concerns and outlining the scope of the work for the day. At the end of " every day, he explained what had been done and what was planned for the next day. There were no significant delays and the work was top quality with great attention to detail. We highly recommend Empire for a finishing or remodeling job!
