Absolutely loved my experience at Bold Dental! The office has a clean, modern aesthetic with a relaxing vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Alex was incredibly personable and easy to talk to — made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff was amazing as well — super friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Disappointed. I’ve had such positive experiences previously. I love Dr Williams. He makes you feel so comfortable. I had a cleaning scheduled this morning. I take off work, show up and am told it’s $130. I was confused. I asked if I was out of network or something. Ray let me know I’m not, but they are doing a deep cleaning. I did not schedule a deep cleaning. I just wanted and scheduled a basic, 6 month cleaning. Not one that takes multiple appointments. Ray wouldn’t let me do a basic cleaning. Just kept telling me it had to be that one. So I left and guess I have to find a dentist that is capable of doing a basic cleaning? Just seems like that maybe when I made the appointment I should have been informed that 1 it’s going to cost and 2 it’s going to be a long and multiple appointment thing. The communication was disappointing and not like I’ve been use to at this location.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Alex and his team at Bold Dental. Finding a good dentist who is patient, compassionate, and has integrity in both their work and the care they provide is so difficult, but Dr. Alex is all of those things and more. He makes sure to spend time at every appointment to ensure his patients feel heard and understood. He truly goes above and beyond in everything he does, and I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly to put their trust in for their dental needs
