The technician Jason O. was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions regarding our A/C unit and the recommendations that he had. Jason informed me of a new service that A-Star was offering that consisted of a Home Warranty for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and emailed me the information per my request.
