On top of being discriminated against with my service animal, I want my stuff that was to be held at the front desk until I could get to it. Was just informed that it was thrown away. I will call tomorrow morning and talk to the "manager" who is tall and wears glasses that thinks he owns the place and can treat folks however he wants to. I want names of the staff that work here. Came here because I drive trucks and the weather was getting very bad, tornado warning. checked into the second floor and immediately as I entered, I realized they had roaches so I left went to the front desk asked for another room and they gave me a room on the first floor. Everything looked fine until I woke up 3 AM in the morning to a bed bug on my pillow immediately I checked out and showed them the pictures that I took of the bed ,I asked for a refund no refund, they can keep the money, but I would never come back here.

I had to travel to get truck parts i stayed here for a couple of nights. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. This will be my go to when I'm on the area.

This is the nastiest place ive ever seen, roaches and other bugs. Stained sheets, no one is friendly there. Smells like old cigarettes.
