This place is horable tons of cockroachs! Went to move the Mini fridge and boom tons of cockroachs scattered all over the place and when I ask for a refund they said they would move my room. like that would change anything at all. I wish I could rate -5 stars. DO NOT BOOK!

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Obviously my expectations werent high but this was really rock bottom. Bed bugs everywhere and a ton of black ants in the room. Room smelled of cigarettes and mildew, and the sheets had stains from bodily fluids. Did not even stay in the room for more than an hour. Owners refused to refund our money. DO NOT GO HERE

I had a problem booking the room on my6app, I booked the room Friday afternoon and they took the money out of my account at 4:51 Friday afternoon so I get to town Friday at 11:00 p.m. trying to check in and they told me I owe a balance that I paid already online I showed her that the app saying that my booking was confirmed and I showed the lady at the front desk my chime account showing that they took the money out at 4:51 Friday evening before I even left Kokomo so at that time she told me I couldn't get a room because I owe her balance when I really didn't and I came from out of town so I was really stranded I feel like I need to be compensated. Because I had from July 25th to July 28th and my total was $323.65 and today I just got the money back on my card and I'm back in Kokomo such an inconvenience for me this made my weekend one of the worst weekends ever in Chicago

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I stayed at this Motel 6 expecting something basic but clean. Instead, I got BED BUGS. Yes—BED. BUGS. The room looked fine at first glance, but within hours of lying down, I was being eaten alive. I have dozens of itchy bites to prove it. My skin is wrecked and I’ve had to bag and treat all my belongings because I’m terrified I brought them home. Absolutely disgusting. The worst part? I was only given 1/3 of my money back. ONE. THIRD. As if losing sleep, comfort, and peace of mind wasn’t bad enough, they had the audacity to keep most of my payment. I stayed in the room one night because I had nowhere else to go, and somehow that justifies only partially refunding me?? Unbelievable. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. I spoke to at least five different people—none of them helpful. I was bounced between front desk staff, managers, and “corporate” like it was a game. No accountability. No apologies. No empathy. Just a bunch of excuses and a measly third of my money back. I should be reimbursed for the full stay and the cost of all the laundry, sprays, and stress I’ve had to deal with. Instead, I got gaslit by management and told “we’re doing the best we can.” No, you’re not. You’re just trying to keep the money. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. BED BUGS and TERRIBLE customer service—this Motel 6 should be condemned.
