$100 doesn't go as far as it did a few years ago. You can expect stained linens and floppy pillows. Decent facility, but WONDERFUL staff (friendly, responsive, helpful). Blankets and pillow cases were visibly stained (makeup and dirt). I asked for new ones, and they very gladly gave me freshly washed and folded ones (still warm from the laundry) that also had visible stains. My daughter was very stressed about them; it helped a little when I explained they were freshly washed, albeit visibly stained. I also thought it was funny that the pillows were all square: Looking closer, we saw they were regular sized, but were so floppy and worn that they had to be folded in half in order to not just be a bag of lumpy fluff. We asked for new ones, (and again the staff were SO friendly and eager to help) but all they had to give were more floppy ones. To be very clear, *every* worker I came across was SO friendly and willing to help us, they were truly outstanding, and doing the best with what they are able to offer. If I were their boss, I'd give them a gift card for being helpful and friendly, even to needy customers during a late night shift. I suspect it is a corporate/regional choice to keep linens in rotation even when they have stains that won’t come out, or pillows that have lost their plumpness. Times are tough for all of us, inflation hits them too. If you are very budget focused: this was a nice place to stay (especially thanks to the friendly workers). For us, it was a learnable: pay a little more to not deal with those things in the future.
Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Woke up with the worst pain ever in my back and hip. Hotel did not even supply full size pillows, just throw pillows to sleep with. Hotel did not supply basic amenities like wash clothes, body wash, lotions. The room itself seemed a little updated but the remainder of the hotel was very old and even smelled. Pool was unusable as the entire area was filled with rolling chairs. Breakfast included tasteless orange juice, stale bagels, and rotten fruit. Definitely worth spending a little more money to stay somewhere else. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND!
Review for Business Travelers Considering Extended Budget-Friendly Stays While the front desk and cleaning staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, I feel compelled to share several concerns for future guests—particularly business professionals seeking affordable, extended accommodations. Issues encountered: Breakfast quality: Limited offerings, lacking protein options; no gluten-free choices without excessive sugar. Accessibility: Difficulty booking an ADA-compliant room; after being instructed to cancel and rebook, no accessible room was ultimately available. Access to Handicap door was blocked due to construction without warning. Room condition: Strong, persistent smell of cigarette smoke; visible smoke stains on ceiling. Water quality: Drinking fountain produced unpleasant-tasting water. Amenities: Pool area was closed, though not physically locked or marked. Noise disturbances: Sound ordinances were not observed; loud stomping from upper floors occurred between 2:00–4:00 AM on multiple nights. Furniture and bedding: Bed frames were extremely squeaky, making it difficult to sleep. Mattresses were sunken, leading to significant back discomfort. Sanitation issues: Large centipedes appeared from the bathtub drain. Sewer gas odors added to the already pervasive smell of smoke. Safety concerns: In-room safe was nonfunctional due to dead batteries. I urge Wyndham management to take these issues seriously and implement the necessary corrections to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
